EzFee simplifies the task of school staff or bookkeepers responsible for collecting fees. It stores all information in a centralized database and provides a global view of district wide data across all schools to the District Finance Office.

Each student’s data is regarded as a unique electronic file. The fees and accounts information is kept associated with the student regardless of which school within the district the student attends and even when students change schools (e.g. move from elementary to middle schools).
In other words EzFee presents a unified view of a students fee account status.

EzFee can import student enrollment data from your district’s Student Information System (SIS). It can also import in a student’s class schedule and other information (such as Free or Reduced Meals) from the district SIS and automatically charge/refund fees when student adds/drops a course or changes their lunch status.
