Student Fee Collection and Receipting Software (EzFee) comprises of a 3-tier architecture with the following components.

User Interface
Business Logic Layer
Centralized Data Repository

EzFee uses the industry standard Microsoft SQL Server Database for secure storage of data and provides a user friendly interface that is available to users through a Web Browser. Since EzFee is Web based, users do not require any special software to be installed on their desktop computers to access the system.

The system is secured using a login and password mechanism that can be integrated to a school districts network (LDAP or Active Directory) login. This means that end user’s do not have to remember an extra login and password and can simply use their district login to access the system. At the same time EzFee administrator can restrict access to a selected group of user based on their role at the district.

The system also has an easy to use interface for real-time or over the counter processing of Fee Billing and Receipts in situation when a student/parent comes in to pay fees themselves.

District Office Users can generate variety of reports for tracking dues, payments and credits etc.,
